Dbjil Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms & Conditions

Dbjil (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbjil.

• Bonuses may only be used for genuine gaming purposes.

5. Gaming Rules

• Sports Betting: Bets cannot be changed once placed; however, the Cash Out feature may be used if it is available and active.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Dbjil may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances.

• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicious or unusual transactions
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• Long-inactive accounts (12 months or more)

You may also close your account at any time by emailing support@dbjil.net. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

A maintenance fee may be charged monthly on inactive accounts. Inactive accounts with a zero balance may be closed automatically.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dbjil is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following circumstances.

• When a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways
• Data loss caused by a fault with your device
• When services are disrupted due to natural disasters or other force majeure events
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own negligence

Dbjil will not be held liable under any circumstances for indirect losses or emotional distress arising from gaming activity.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

2. Step Two: Our resolution team will investigate within 7 business days.
3. Step Three: If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to international gaming arbitration.

During dispute resolution, the relevant account or payment may be temporarily placed on hold. This is a normal part of the process.
